Which cities do you think have the most street racing taking place in them? To me I think its the western cities, most notably Los Angeles. I live in Colorado Springs and I hear cars street racing all the time, I live by alot of major streets so at night is when it happens alot.

One more recent time seeing a street race that's stuck in my mind was around 3 p.m., middle of the day on Geary and Divisadero. A riced up honda and two bikes were racing each other up Geary, probably doing about 60, weaving though traffic. Pretty crazy. I also remember reading in the news last year about two taxis that crashed in the Richmond district while racing each other. We have some crazy drivers up here.
